Hi In Outlook 2010 I do the following to get to attachments. While in the message body, Press control+home to move to the top of the message. Press shift+tab to move to the previous field. It should say message. Then you can right arrow through the attachments. To open or save an attachment, press the applications key and choose open or save as from the context menu. I have not used these in a RTF message, but since they are Outlook rather than JAWS keystrokes, I think they should work there also.
