Hi I assume you have tried bringing up the links list with JAWSkey+f7 or opening the message in your browser with shift+JAWSkey+w and trying the links list to see if the attachment appears. I don't know if viewing the message in your browser will work for RTF messages. If these don't work, I would open a problem with Freedom Scientific.

If they are the ones embedded in the email I locate them with the PcCursor and press the application key for a list of options one of which is to save.
