On my Toshiba Function Key plus 3 and 4 turn the volume up and down. I wonder if there is a Function key combination that mutes the sound. Or do you have actual buttons for volume and muting.

I don't remember doing anything on the laptop before shutting it down last time that would have caused this to happen, but wonder if anyone can suggest some things for me to try.
