So if only the header files are need, then
BuildRequires: SUNWgnome-vfs-devel

is sufficient.
Requires: xxxx
means xxxx must be present to run libgsf.
Since we know it doesn't based on ldd of libgsf.
I think it doesn't need Requires: SUNWgnome-vfs
