Let me iterate once again, Given the debate elements discussed in original post and the few first replies to this thread, do my points have any merit when comparing PHP to Java? As a Java developer, how would you go about debating the pros and cons of Java when discussing it with a PHP developer?
It is NOT a tit-for-tat comparison. Just a review of pros and cons of Java and PHP. I hope I made clearer this time.
