It is difficult to find people who understand/share our passion for Joni's music, or even to find people who have ever heard anything other than BYT.
That's why for me the list is so special, great people all into Joni big time.Also with total lack of info on any Joni activities in the press or on radio, generally speaking, the list is a superb source of info. It's a really valuable archive as well thanks to the time and effort put in by our fellow listers. My ex never understood my obsession with Joni's music, she just didn't get it, in spite of my sterling efforts to convert her. At work it tends to be the same old story "isn't she the one who sang about the yellow taxi, is she still around?" That is when i start to tell them about her music and show them the web site, which i have on my pc, strictly not in compliance with company policy, but desparate situations require desparate measures.
