For me so much of what I like is in the voice...yes, Norah's cd is very
mellow and not particularly bold but its her voice that really grabs me...I
find it very unique and intoxicating...something intangible...I think the
album could have picked up a little more near the end, maybe substitue "The
Nearness of You" for something a little more peppy...but I'll be interested
to see where she goes from here...India Arie is someone else I can just
listen to and just get lost in her voice.  And I'm still crazy about Aimee
Mann.  Both Hissing and Hejira I listen to pretty frequently and am
likewise astounded by them continually.

And I'll listen to Claudia sing anytime anywhere anyplace...
