Hi,

We have tested  :

- TRIANGLE with a wrapper for JTS,
- WATERBUGS,
- Paul job's,
- VISAD delaunay triangulation,
- GTS.

but nothing correspond to our aims.

We have started the implementation of sweep-line algorithm available here :
http://www.cescg.org/CESCG-2004/web/Domiter-Vid/.

The API will based only on JTS so it will be easy to use it in OpenJUMP,
gvsig or OrbisGIS.
