Hello,
Thank you for your answer and help!
They are pinned tasks. When you use Icons-and-text Task Manager, there's no
combining of the tasks and Icons when you uncheck "Hide launchers after
application startup" from the Icons-and-text Task Manager options. They are
always separated so the Icon is always just an icon. The task is always opened
in the Task Manager area and this was the default behaviour for decades before
Icons Only. So in this mode, when you choose "Pin to Task Manager" it's just a
starter and not an active area for the task when you open the particular app.
The task is always opened separately from the icon. I'm using this mode from
the Windows XP era to these days and it was always like this. Do you want me to
record a video or you can try it and see it yourself?

I tried it on a new profile and there's bouncing feedback on mouse pointer but
there isn't animation when you click on the icon. Is it normal?
And do you have an idea where the problem for the missing bouncing feedback on
mouse pointer and in the task manager for my profile is? I tried the default
theme but it doesn't change anything.

Thank you once again for your help!
