A friend of mine does with with a 3G connection on his RAZR via USB

think that it is implied with the 3G service as it does not make any
sense to have that kind of speed on a cell phone with its limited
browser. Its either ATT&/Cingular or TMobile, not Verizon.

TMobile is the only one I know of that doesn't charge an extra premium to
do data, and given that they don't have 3G, it probably isn't them.

My plan with Verizon includes Mobile Web 2.0. I have a LG Voyager (external touch screen like an iPhone, internal screen with QWERTY keyboard). It costs an additional $5 per month and bills airtime based upon my voice billing rate (currently 1400 minutes, free nights, weekends, and holidays). It also supports e-mail (any e-mail provider), YIM (or other IM), and SSL. It cost a lot less than the iPhone and the camera works great (1600x1200, 1280x960 with zoom, 640x480 with zoom, for pictures; 320x240 or 176x144 video w/audio).

It has a USB port and software (for Windows) for D/L and U/L content from/to the phone internal memory or the (up to) 8GB removable SD card (great for music - it has an MP3 player and built-in stereo speakers as well as either Bluetooth stereo headphones or headphones plugged into the 1/8 phone jack). I have yet to see if I can browse the 'net from my PC using the phone as the connection.

I just realized - 8GB is more than my laptop or any of my servers or desktop machines!
