I keep trying to tell people there are no such things as /free/ minutes.
Included minutes, but not free minutes. Figure out much you pay each
month if you *don't* use the phone. Then subtract the same cost for the
cheapest plan you can get.[1] The difference is how much you're paying
for those /free/ minutes each month.
[1] This CB is paying $20/mo for his POS phone which only gets used when
necessary - and yes, I do know the difference between want and need. ;P
