Let me add my "me too" to the list: When I went to work for that VOIP effort that took me to Vietnam they had just laid off a bunch of people when the company decided to totally change directions and one of them reported the company to the BSA. I was assigned to deal with it. I wrote them a letter explaining we used Linux/FOSS for everything and never heard back. The BSA really is just a means of angry employees to get back at their employers. I've even heard BSA ads on the radio appealing to employees to turn their company in. The false positive rate has got to be phenomenal. Of course the BSA doesn't care as long as the bad guys keep funding them.
