<plug for="opera" type="anoying">Opera has been doing this correctly for years.</plug> It's actually a very fundamental difference in Opera from other browsers. When you exit opera and restart with the same tabs, it remembers the whole state of those windows, not just the URL. It _doesn't_ reload the pages unless they have expired, which means that the annoying crashes opera used to have so much weren't nearly as bad.
