I mite add the FAA will ask questions, like do you belong to the EAA and has
a EAA Technical Counselor seen the construction.  I think it's a good  to
say yes, another good idea is to have photos of these inspections and others
involved in helping your building activities.  I have a aeronautical degree
and respect the experience of these people involved in the process.
