Why brother trying to reem holes that are hard to get to? If the bolts are a 
close fit just take the embry cloth to the bolts and  reduce bolt diameters 
slightly. I would not think this would reduce the bolt strength enough to 
amount to anything. Stick the bolts in a drill press Just at the grip/thread 
point and let it spin while holding a strip of embry cloth thus reducing all 
sides of the bolts in an even pattern.
