Such Changes In Capital Letters And Semicolons Are Suitebale in EN But Does Not Affect Other Languages Where This Rule Does Not Apply. Nevertheless, it may be time to create a T/LSC Translation/Linguistic Steering Commitee to address the issues raised here.
