Came across this recipe from David while cleaning out my Arachne files. Sounds
delicious but David, what do you consider Asian greens to be?

morning.

Subject: [lace-chat] Apricot Pork Curry Recipe

Got this tonight from cousin Tracey in Queensland

Last night, I tried a recipe my Mum gave me for apricot curried pork fillet,
and
it was delish, and very easy. Pan fry a pork fillet for a few minutes to brown
and seal the outside, then lay in a baking dish just large enough to fit it.
Top
with a sliced onion, and a sauce which is a mixture of 2 tblsp apricot jam, 2
tblsp soy sauce, 2 tsp lemon juice, and 1 tsp curry powder. Cover dish with
foil, bake 45 mins - 1 hour @ 180C, serve with rice and Asian greens. Yum!
