Hello Laurie and All, before our congress there are workshops held. Those were announced in the last issue of 2010. During the congress there are several exhibitions and lectures. This program you could find in Die Spitze 1/2011 which will come out end of march or beginning of april. For those who are eager to hear still something now I can tell you except the main exhibition about Milanese lace for which a new book will come with. There will be an exhibition about "RED- in lace", this is the third and last of our color-serie. different "guided tours" were held in it, one also in English. Different exhibition from seminars which were held during the year, for example Raum und Form - space and shape. The competition works are on display. And something special, a little group tried to work together only via internet. A leader-person gave the theme, the colors, the size of the work and so on and the group work at home. Each person for herself. The title is "orientflair". About the lectures I don't know anything so far. So if you are interested please come and see, you are all welcome. Bad Pyrmont is a lovely place to spend a weekend in springtime.
