Hi All, My plan is to make my granddaughters a lace tablecloth for their Weddings, have several patterns I like. That way I do not have to worry if the work will match the dress.
My daughters are horrified that I have thought about it already - the three GDs are all still in single figures - but they obviously do not know how long it will take. I have made crocheted afternoon tea cloths (about 1 m in diameter) for various members of the family as they have been married. I had given up hope that the Communion Dress I made from my Wedding Dress and veil would be used, but eldest GD will be making hers in Windsor, Ontario at the end of April!!!!!! Their is a crocheted trim on the veil with matching strip on dress.
