Hey, guess what?  I'm new to this whole LRP thing, I've been really trying
to follow protocol in seeking help with these hiccups.  My apologies if my
descriptions are not a "distinct" and "exact" as you would like them to be.
I am really just grasping at straws, I now see that this probably isn't
necessarily the right place to seek help because I am a newbie, so I feel
confident that if I keep at it I'll get it worked out somehow on my own.
You Linux techies just keep doing your thing, when I get more buffed with
this maybe then I'll come back to the list if needs be.

Just for the record I have checked and tried every instruction/documentation
I could find related to this issue, checked the capabilities against my LRP
distro and done tests on my cable.  Don't worry about it tho' I'll get it.
