Noted. I may have missed these on Bering as I think I used my existing ncurses package from Dachstein.
I can live without the 'old' net utilities, which I mainly loaded to keep IPSec happy.

No...I'm not a big Elvis fan (well, actually, I like the music, but prefer vim for editing when I have the space). I also still need rsync to run my automated remote bacukp scripts. I'll see if I can figure out getting these compiled on my own (I'd like to be able to build uClibc packages if I switch from Bering to Bering-uClibc).
I'm aware of the ISO image in the FRS area, and will be looking at it, but previous versions (I don't recall if they were Bering or Bering-uClibc) were not suitable for me for a variety of reasons (mainly personal nit-picking). I like to use floppy emulation to boot (vs. isolinux or similar), I like using my Dachstein-CD based modutils (mounting & accessing a full modules tree from the CD), and there were a few other minor issues I'm forgetting at the moment.
I know the uClinux team has incorperated a lot of my statup code (ie: leaf.cfg support), so perhaps the uClinux iso will work well for me now (with the addition of vim and rsync). I'll try to do some testing soon and report back.
