 From BuC 3.1.x to BuC 4.x is indeed a major upgrade. I normally start 
from scratch but once I have the basics moddb.lrp and configdb.lrp 
saved, I then copy and paste what I need/work from the old configdb.lrp 
from BuC 3.x. Be careful with shorewall, openvpn, and easyrsa, etc. Good
