That is not the point either I was making and to that matter, Harvey was
making.

I have two main points, first that any challenge now is going to be VERY
damaging to our prospects this season at least, and potentially the actual
future of the club itself.  Second point is, given the first point, why
would Leeds supporters want or encourage this?  It baffles me.

Further to that, Harvey was of course saying that everything was above-board
and KPMG did their job etc.  He also (rightly) states that the only course
for legal challenge to the takeover is on procedural grounds, so it doesn't
matter who owns the offshore companies etc in that respect, as long as KPMG
did their job.  

If Bates or anyone else did something illegal, then that will have nothing
to do with the takeover.  That would be the subject of future
sanctions/court proceedings.
