I think he would because they are always asking for investment. I don't think the Levi situation is the same, but in any case if I were worried about that I would ensure a water-tight contract was in place. I think I have said previously that a good way for supporters money to be spent (invested) would be to buy the ground and then allow LUFC to play on it rent free. Apart from anything else it means the ground couldn't be sold off without those supporters agreeing to it, thereby avoiding us getting a pure property speculator owner in the future. If there wasn't enough money for the ground, how about the pitch? In fact, didn't bates himself suggest something similar?
