No Rick, you said that I suggested FL pay HMRC in full.  I did not.  Simple
equation for you

(HMRC Demand - LUFC legal/accepted offer) = what FL should pay

They aren't our debts, it is a penalty clause for having to pay football
debts in full.  We have already given/offered HMRC exactly and legally what
they are entitled to.  Why should we pay them more than they are entitled
to?

Didnt say it was a test case did I?  I said that was their issue and what
they are really fighting for here.
