That's a redesigned Arty 58.  The x-axis motors have been beefed up; the Z
axis has been given a second spindle mount to withstand more torque; the
gantry has been redesigned (I wonder why, but it probably has more
rigidity), and the new center rail turning system is in place.  If my eyes
are not deceiving me, the rack does not have a powder coat on it,
suggesting it might not be made of cold rolled steel.  Perhaps something
hardened?  And on the mdf spoil board, do I see new legacy fish-shaped cam
vise?.  A response to the veritas bench dogs, pups, and what not?

The redesigned A-Axis also opens up the machine more and should allow
longer flat stock to be milled by indexing.  You can do it on the earlier
version but it requires more set up.

Glad to see Legacy making improvements.
