Carol, If I were you I wouldn't start with the uploaded files but with those in C:\Legacy\web on your machine and check all of the bad files in the picture folder (ie the ones which don't show up) are there, that their names do not contain spaces and that the case of all the characters is the same - including the extension.

I noticed that as well and am trying to upload one of the offending pictures
without the dashes.  My problem is now that my files seem to be being
corrupted as I upload them (using the same software to upload that I've used all summer - Ipswitch). Some of my families aren't completely uploading and
there are other strange things happening as well.
