I am guessing you are on dial up. When I had it, I found that when I was online, in USA, during business hours I would get bumped off frequently. I eventually would start it at bedtime, when running go to bed (after getting past 3%). I believe it is actually more often an internet problem. One of the downloads had a problem? get the NEWEST one I have 6.0.0.110 . Good luck. Rich
