Your question is easier than I first read. Put in the people you know and put Unknown (or some such) for the missing people. I often do that when I know two generations and one missing in between. Maybe your situation is more complicated but without laying in out on paper, it makes my head spin. Less brain cells than I had in my younger years.

Good Afternoon,

My question is not concerning any set-up issue or technical working of the
Legacy program.

I have come upon a bit of confusion as how to enter specific individuals to
my Legacy database. I have the following information:

1. My gg-granduncle Samuel Victor Abraham, born 1827, died 1919. His
obituary from the 10 Oct 1919 Jewish Chronicle states "His mother was Ms.
Rebecca Levy of Deal, whose sister was grandmother of Sir Sidney Lee."

2. His mother was my ggg-grandmother Rebecca (nee Levy/Levi) Abraham, born
circa 1780, died 1864.

3. Her father was Michael Levy/Levi, my gggg-grandfather.

4. Her sister was the grandmother of Sir Simon Lee.

5. Simon Lee was born Solomon Lazarus Lee, 1859, and died 1926. (One
biographical account states that his birth name was Solomon Lazarus Levi.)

6. Simon Lee's parents are Lazarus Lee and Jessie Davis.

7. Simon Lee also has a sister, Elizabeth Lee.

I have not discovered as to which of Lazarus Lee or Jessie Davis, Simon's
and Elizabeth's parents is the child of Simon Lee's grandmother.

My question:
How could I enter Simon (Solomon Lazarus) Lee into my Legacy database to
show a direct relationship to his grandmother (nee Levy/Levi), my
ggg-grandmother Rebecca (nee Levy/Levi) Abraham? I am using Legacy 7.0.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Jim Smith
