One thing which I could have mentioned is that if your file is small you may be 
able to move it onto one page, or a series of pages.
 
On the tool-bar at the left, you will see what look like family trees.These can 
be selected and used to position the boxes within the dotted red lines. Each of 
these "trees" has a different funtion so it is worth playing with them and 
finding out what they can do. The lines follow the boxes.
