I know just what you mean, Robert. I've tried to stick to the instructions, believing they have their ways to show that particular part of the indexed data that will make it usable & depends on us following the instructions. Since they've not had two locations for a person on any prior censuses, it will be interesting to see how they use it in a search. Oh! I could go check Colorado, couldn't I? ;) --Paula

I debated about how to enter the data but finally erred on the side of the instructions and entered the data as recorded. An example is 'Avery' was entered in the State column and I know from the other data that that should have been entered as Avery Co., North Carolina. Be that as it may, I entered the data as shown and as recommended. Is this compounding an obvious error? I leave it to others to decide. bob Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/legacyusergroup@legacyusers.com/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/legacyusergroup@legacyfamilytree.com/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
