I have a master source that I use when I add a person to add another. It is created using the template for personal knowledge. The title for the source is person added to add child.
I also do the same thing if I have a women's married name and don't know who her husband is. The title for that source is person added using wife's married name. This clearly documents people I have added by assuming the information from information I have. It is also easy to bring up the people using the sources by searching people using the source.
