I think that is a very unfair thing to say to Cathy who has done her
best to help you. Her generous assistance to all LUG members is
valuable and hugely appreciated. The impression we gathered from your
mails was that you were not as computer-savvy as some and criticising
those who are trying to assist you is not going to help you in any way.
