This is missing the point - I have been using the full version for quite some time (seems like years). Updating text is fine, apart from some awkward overlaps from time to time, but introducing a new person will throw the entire layout. Imagine adding your second cousins new daughter - where is the space for this in an existing chart? TreeDraw will not 'update' for this individual anyway since they do not yet exist in the tree - despite the link to Legacy. Graham
-----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of Brendan Caley Sent: 16 August 2005 08:27 To: [email protected] Subject: RE: [LegacyUG] Treedraw for Legacy Questions The full version of Tree Draw is linked to the file that Legacy uses. You set this from the File menu. Under the Edit menu you can select to update text. Using the Legacy file means that pictures are available if they are required in the chart.
