Shirley, Unfortunately, there is no longer the opportunity to upgrade to the Deluxe Edition of Legacy v5. Once a new build comes out, the previous build is no longer supported, although we do continue to answer questions and assist with troubleshooting, no more builds are available which would fix bugs in the program nor is the program available for purchase any longer. We do have the final build available on our website for those who need to reinstall for some reason.
The file format change won't cause any problems nor will you even notice it. It was done in preparation for release of Legacy v6. Thanks for using Legacy.
