You can also click on "Options" then "Customize" and then on the "General" tab find "Starting Family File", click on "Always open this file:", click on the down arrow and navigate to the correct file (on the USB drive), click on the file name to put it in the box, then click on "Save". Legacy will then always try to open that file when it starts up.
