I own an earlier Palm Tungsten E and purchased the Gedstar Pro. No problem downloading. Is read only as someone else mentioned. The data is very truncated. On another issue, don't buy the keyboard up front. Get use to the PDA first. I had a keyboard and got rid of it. It's size awkwardness defeats the concept of a PDA to my thinking.
