They are jews in the middle east where they used to live. If whatever the hell native tribe it was that sold manhattan for a few trinkets were to come back and take manhattan, do you think there might be just a tad bit of anger torwards those indians? That is similar to what you have with the jews in isreal. Whether the details make it 'legal' or not, the people in the region are not ahppy about it to say the least.
