On cell A1, type-in a numeric value of 2 (two), without typing any additional symbol of any kind, then press [ENTER]. Please be aware that Calc might automatically add the percentage symbol to the right side of the value (as in "2%") while you type-in the numeric value, even before pressing [ENTER]. You should leave that symbol; do not delete it. Now, if, before you press [ENTER], you delete the percentage symbol that Calc automatically added to the numeric value, you then might get an unexpected result, such as "200.00%", instead of "2.00%". After following these instructions, how does the cell (A1) present the resulting value? Is "2%" shown? Or is it displayed in any different way?
