Those were not the only details I posted. The additional paragraphs that
mentioned exactly how to obtain either 2% or 200% are very relevant to this
ticket.

I can use the same spreadsheet that you attached in comment 5 in order to
introduce 2% (replacing the initial 200%), and to then re-introduce the same
200% that is seen initially. IOW, that attachment proves nothing.

There might be some setting that prevents the automatic addition of the
percentage symbol when typing-in the numeric value, and I can think of other
circumstances that might generate the problem.

Unless you actually fully read and follow the additional details I posted, at
this point I can only say that I cannot reproduce the problem.
