Where can I find information on the Internet that *contradicts* Netcraft's

What kind of systems when you say this? Production servers, print
servers, workstations, development machines for engineers?
Seriously, I've not had this kind of luck. Just my own personal
experience here, I had one Win2k pro box up and running for like 7
months and I work it hard.
We have a print server in one of our buildings that has yet to be
rebooted since I've been there and that was May.
Just wondering.

Well, for LoseDOS users, remember the words "make" and "install"...
and putting them both together....on...a..c-c-c-cc-co...comma...co..
c-c-c-c-command line.. is.... terrifying.

It does point out significant difference in thought processes
among computer users. Some like menus, and don't mind the
restriction of choices. Others like to go to the kitchen
and ask the cook for other options.

Some are visual thinkers, others are verbal, and still others
leap back'n'forth with no trouble.

Not to mention the growth here. I mean, jesus, we don't have enough power for
the people here, yet I've not heard a single official (or SDG&E reps) suggest
that perhaps we should slow down the massive home building constantly going on
here. What's going to happen in a year, or two when our population grows by
that much more?

I shudder to think.

It's not a matter of how much...it's that 1.6 liter toilets
don't properly clear the bowl.

For example, if you put food dye in the bowl of one of these
idiotic contraptions, and flushed the toilet...some of the dye
would still be in the bowl...indicating that these devices do
NOT provide a 100% flush of the bowl.

I've seen similar nightmares in hotels in Europe and Russia.

The best policy is to put forth enough water to do it right
the first time. Nothing worse than having to flush the stupid
thing 10x because there's not a proper volume of flow to do
the job properly. (in this case, the primary problem was that
the toilet paper wouldn't flush down for several tries...
a lot of Russian toilets are of a very weird bowl design.

actually, there is no real distinction between a stream and a
datagram. they are both a series of bytes. The only thing is
that a datagram socket has an internal mechanism which prepends
an integer indicating "how long is this datagram", and at the
other end, it's stripped out, and the datagram seperated from
the next one automagically.

The only purpose for the datagram socket is to make all of this
part of a standard library, so that millions of man-hours are
not wasted re-inventing the wheel.

But...datagrams can be sent across a normal stream, as datagram
sockets are actually implemented with a stream socket.

Hard links are severely limited. They only work within a file system.
They CANNOT cross onto other partitions or disks.
