Yes, just add the ports to /etc/dosemu.conf and it should work. I have
used such a trick myself for an IBM laser printer that only came with a
DOS driver. The only minor glitch I can see is that the program wants to
use the IRQ, in which case you'll have to reroute the IRQ to dosemu (with
the Silly Interrupt Generator).
