Well, ultimately I shall be using an audio CD Player to play the CDs created. Music 
CDs 
purchased from the market are mostly in the the form *.cda. Although my CD Player can 
play 
MP3 format also, but I understand it (MP3)does not give true fidelity. Since my 
interest is 
in creating CDs containing Indian and Western Classical music from LP records, hence 
the question.
Do audio CD Players play *.wav files ?
