Segmentation Fault

In trying to get my wmppp program to work for avg. user (works great in
root), I keep getting this "Segmentation Fault" in the xterm window.  As
far as I know, I've given the correct permissions to all the necessary
files (pppd, etc.), but still I get this error.  Has anyone else
experienced difficulty in getting wmppp working, or is there a better
(similar) program out there?
