No Subject

I have a linux box set up to run as a web server.  I want to be able
to FTP HTML docs into the Apache html directory.  Unfortuanately you
cant ftp as root, so i cant get rights to the directory.  hwat is the
best way to set up the box so that I can ftp stuff to this directory.
