(And try kppp again) Do you honestly think that all that 5+ click schmozzle with the mouse and menu entries and firing up an editor ( yet more mousing ) is simpler than a simple 32 keystroke unix incantation? ( he doesn't have to understand it, he just has to do it. If the mail agent were in Linux he'd be able to cut and paste the command, but the modem isn't working so he cannot. He's got to type the 31 + ENTER characters )
