As I mentioned quite some time ago, I am an advocate of UTF-8/Unicode but
I don't dare try to restrict, force, and/or dictate/coerce other people to
use a single, specific codeset/encoding/locale etc. That would be such
an improper and unthinkable thing for me to do.

And, "advocating" and "forcing, restricting, and/or dictating" are two totally
different things.
