You dont. Like stormi said. You just set the VMWare guest NIC to be bridged
with the VMNet interface which is configured to be paired with your wireless
interface. It takes less than 30 seconds and requires less than a dozen
mouse clicks.
Again, if you take 15 minutes to actually read the VMWare help, you'll find
the process explained with more than enough detail.
