Hi Russell,

I'm speaking based on experience with VMware images, and wireless cards
under linux. I haven't had a chance to put both of these things
together in one setting yet though. I have setup virtual machines, but
I don't have a machine available to me at the moment that has vmware
workstation and a wireless card to test this.

You will still have to bridge the connection in the VMware image. You
will then have to install the driver for the wireless card under Linux,
if it's not already there. If the card is only supported under
NDISwrapper and the windows driver, you will have to do this instead.
It isn't going to be a short process.

Have you looked on VMware's site for any help regarding this sort of
setup, or whether it's even supported?
