or it could be that the sending mail SMTP relay is in the ORBS spam 
prevention list, since dnso.org happens to participate in the ORBS mechanism.

what a shame that there is a preference for attributing political intent, 
rather than for diagnosing a potentially serious operations problem.

but, then, that has been the distinguishing characteristic of public 
discussion for this topic, hasn't it?
